SphereHub is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and while we strive for continuous uptime and data accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Each organization using SphereHub is responsible for the accuracy of the data it enters into the system, and SphereHub's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding twelve months. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SphereHub is registered, and any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.
